Fabulous
I downloaded mine do I could do my morning walk listening. Ideal and very motivating and thought provoking. Every time I listen I take something more from it! I’ve read all their books which prompted me to buy this one!

Highly recommend
I would highly recommend this book I’ve had it on audio and I think it’s really good I suffer with anxiety low self-esteem and really hope that this book helps me I love allspeak men’s books conquering anxiety I find is very good it helped me more than what my CBT that I’ve had for two years ever did and also they’re winning at weight loss is a fantastic book and I have all of the books
Would recommend them all honestly you be amazed how much these books can help

Love the Speakmans
I always find the Speakmans' therapy useful and this new audio book was no exception. I love the way they look at things with such a logical approach. It is so helpful to understand that a schema that was formed as a child no longer needs to affect us in the same way if we look at the same difficulty as an adult. Thank you for another life enhancing book ❤

Highly recommend!
Very thought provoking with lots of practical strategies to help combat negative schemas as opposed to many other books that do not provide workable tools. A very connectable read. Highly recommend.
