Exceptional
Really enjoyed the readers, enjoyed the complexity of the characters who all came over realistically and believable. First time reading this author's work and highly recommend you do too :o)

Fantastic resource
I have gained so much practical knowledge from this book. The clear and concise information, honest teaching and generous approach really helped me to learn a lot of new skills and improve on current ones. This book has ready enabled me to improve my personal practice and approach. The sections on boundaries were very useful and will I know transform my work life balance. Highly recommended.

Beautifully presented
For an intro to counselling, start here!
Well thought out.
I don't have the workbook as it didn't come with the audio but if it did I would have certainly taken pleasure in using it in addition to my journal.

Amazing course
Really good course for all those intrested in developing their Counselling skills and self awareness. Full of examples and scenarios, very practical tool. Fully recommended:) Narrators have amazing voices, listening them is a real pleasure.
