A Must Have for Self Care

I love the actionable tips given. This book is a great tool for helping you stay level-headed and grounded! As a black woman, you are expected to take care of others before you take care of yourself.

Great Self Motivator.

I got my audiobook and I am willing to write something unbiased about this emotional self-care book. This is a great audiobook and is a great motivational starting tool. It gives you a brief introduction and proper guide to your emotional self-care. I am thankful to the author who considers emotional care seriously and I am overwhelmed about the audio version of this book which aids me to go through the book thoroughly. I liked this audiobook as a teenager.
