That was a struggle, I'm glad its over. To say I found the book laboured would be an understatement. The story line is good, so are the descriptions. Dialog between characters strained as are their thoughts, I had to force myself to stay to the end. It did not hold my interest.

The narrator is ok but not sure if its the actual story or the way she's telling it that makes it so slow and boring. Only got to chapter 2 and gave up.
