Summary

Great read
Loved the book listened to it twice!!
Took a little while to get into the story but got hooked once the story got going. Never had a book where the word ‘metaphysical’ is used so much!!!
Looking forward to reading book five 😀.

Fantastic
This one ticks all the boxes, to start with amazing storyline. It’s fast paced and twists and turns I did not as coming. Secondly the narration is spot on, I was able to tell the different characters apart and I enjoyed the personality in each book. Thirdly this audiobook is fantastic value 4 books and no digging through your library for the next one

very enjoyable
narration was spot on, although at times it was difficult to discern between characters. on the whole the story was good throughout, I will definitely be looking to listen to more books by this author.

Sarah Puckett is AMAZING
This boxset is for books 1-4 of the Alexa O’Brien Huntress series by Trina Lee. Trina Lee was a new author for me, but I loved this series. This was also the longest audio I have ever listened to date, so I was surprised by how it managed to keep me interested and engaged for the entire 40 hours. I’m really new to PNR, and every series seems to have its own take on the mythology, which can be a bit confusing, but I think book 1, particularly, did a good job of introducing everything. I absolutely love Alexa. She’s an unapologetic, strong heroine with immense power and I enjoyed the fact that her strength and power weren’t dumbed down, compared to the other characters.
The narration may just be my favorite thing with this series. I also had not listened to Sarah Puckett before and now I’m adding her books to my wishlist, because she rocked it. Her characterization of Alexa was gold and I also loved her take on the other characters. It was a seamless and enjoyable listen from start to finish and I can’t wait to listen to more of this series in the future. AudiobookObsessionReviewer🎧

Great characters you can really root for, draws you in to the storylines.

Wowser!
I had previously listened to book 1 about a year ago so was really looking forward to binging the next 3, I was not disappointed! Trina M. Lee does not falter in her ability to write this amazing fantasy! keeping the tempo up and the story ever changing and gripping!
Sarah Puckett one of my favourite narrators brings great audible characterisation, an amazing synergistic blend with Trinas written characterisation.
Loved it! Easy recommendation

I Really Dislike Alexa
The storyline is good, but I have never disliked a female lead as much as I dislike Alexa. She greaters on my nerves so much, that I jumped from chapter 33 to 90. I like all the other leads, but unfortunately I will not be reading the other books in the series.

Upset not complete
I loved the box set but was disappointed to find that the story is not complete, there are a total of 12 books in the series but not on audible, I have trouble reading so can’t finish the series unless I can find someone to read for me which is unlikely
