I like the easy to listen to story
The story keeps you interested and not to gory.
The lead detective and her team are likeable, all in all a good story.
Looking forward to the next one.

An absorbing story that captivates you immediately
Picking up nicely from Book 2, DS Ashley Knight and her team are tested to the extreme in this third book set in Norfolk. Sometimes, rarely, to be frank, people do get their comeuppance.
After the sisters flee Eastern Europe for a better life in the UK, they are tricked into a prostitution ring run by an Italian gang, the leader being Rocco and his two vile sons.
Several attacks on men start occurring, and the crime team are shocked by the brutality used. Realising that the Italian gang seems to be one step ahead of them, Knight wonders if there is a snitch amongst her team.
I would have read this book in a day if I hadn't started it late. Greenwood's writing gets better with each book. I thoroughly enjoyed the pace and twists and turns.
Great read.

Good but not Greenwood’s best!
I liked the first book, LOVED the second book, this one was okay… in the last book there was so much character development but in this book it’s barely there. First half of the book was a bit slow but I persevered and it does get better towards the end. I will read the next book in the series if there is one.

Worth the wait
The first book I have had in my wish list and looked forward to the release date. Loved being surrounded by the familiar characters again...another gripping, twisting plot bit also a comfort listen! That's an unusual Venn diagram but Ross has done it!

Another excellent listen
Great story with many threads that all linked together.
Love the characters with the right balance of human emotion without being over the top.

My Favourite Norfolk Murder Book.
I’ve enjoyed all three books in this series, but this has to be my favourite. I enjoy listening to the narrator, he brings the characters to life and I care about what happens to them. I’m looking forward to the next in the series.

Absolutely brilliant.
I'd been looking forward to this being released. I didn't think Ross Greenwood could top the DI Barton books, but Ashley is fast becoming my favourite character. David Thorpe is excellent as usual. Really looking forward to the next one l.
