‘Be curious and give yourself time to heal.’

This is a superb book, which is woven together with the author's own experiences.  It shows how life, relationships and childhood trauma can contribute to borderline personality disorders.
It highlights the many complex combinations of thoughts and feelings that can arise in any situation.
The book goes through the different categories of mental health issues and how these are always changing. It goes through the available treatments which includes medication and talking therapies.

It also promotes self help and finding solutions, through exercises and reflective thinking, enabling people to be proactive in their actions, routines and choices.

I found the book inspiring with no jargon it was straightforward, very accessible and easy to read.
