very relaxing for anxiety
a lovely 10 minute sound bath to meditate to, relax to and ease anxiety symptoms to. 2 beautiful tones rung at a manageable pace

A great addition to my resources

Absolute bliss....
I've become a big fan of crystal bowl healing. This is a short meditation but its heavenly if you can take 10 minutes out of your day. I felt my whole body sigh a sigh of relaxation. Absolute bliss!

Like a mini sound bath
