Summary
James is living the life he always wanted. He has his own rustic cabin in the countryside, peace, quiet, and some lovely companions to share his joy with.
But there is much left to do! James will need to expand his cabin to make it more comfortable for his—ahem—lady friends. Also, harvest is coming up for the redheaded farm girl, and she might need a hand or two around the farm….
Luckily, magic can help. James has plenty of arcane exploration to do, and with the help of some of the forest’s mysterious but friendly inhabitants, he might even pick up the art of enchanting!
With a magically talented cat girl at his side, and a skittish fox girl peeking in on the regular, James will have his hands full.

Best series yet from Jack Bryce
Really great sequel from Jack Bryce in a nice and chilled slice of life series.

Amazing
Great sequel by the author. the alice of life stories are always enjoyable, and this one was no exception. the farming parts were a little slow, but some slow moments are expected in such books. waiting for the next book in the series.

A nice continuation to a slow and happy life
I received this free copy for an honest review. This is a nice cozy story, a guy that wants peace in the country and gets that and much more. It is fun, interesting, relaxing and kinky. Definitely a good one to get. This continuation keeps up the good work introducing more partners for our mc, more interesting history and background, and a possible conflict that keeps making you want to come back for more. The narration is clear and easy to understand, it is quite varied and able to give quite life to the story.

Some more easy listening thank to the story by Jack Bryce. James have some more adventures and meet some interesting people. Owen Samuels and Scarlett Valene did a great job with the narration. Loving this series.

An excellent follow up to the first book
I liked this even more than the first book. If you like a nice steamy slice of life story with some fantasy elements you won't be disappointed here!
