A Complete Guide on IF and Nutrition

This book goes deep into the nitty gritty of how to do intermittent fasting. I love that it discussed things to know for women post-menopause. It also talks extensively about what kinds of foods you should and should not be eating. Nutrition is the hardest thing to get right for this info is invaluable!

Easy to implement to feel good

I am nearing my 50s and recently had a physical with my GP and we were talking about my health and some things I could do to help myself get more healthy and prepared as I started down the road of menopause. I told her my hormones have been everywhere and I want to eat everything in sight and she suggested to try intermittent fasting. She said it would be time to switch up how and what I am eating so that I am giving my body what I need instead of what I want. So of course I started tracking down how I could do this. This book has been extremely helpful in understanding what intermittent fasting is, how it can be implemented, how it will help and how to stay on track.

So far I have done really well at implementing the changes and my family has been really supportive too. I work from home so I want to say it's easier so that I can prep my meals of what I am going to eat but it's also difficult because the kitchen is only a few short feet away. The book has given me the confidence I needed though to know that I can be successful. I would recommend this book for anyone who is looking for a different way to feeling good and getting their health under control without changing their complete diet.
