Insightful and great guide!
This book really helped me learn how to deal with intrusive thoughts. It taught me that the thoughts aren’t important and they’re not real. I recommend this book to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful!
The author was extremely clear, informative, and unbiased. He often presented CBT in a wider context in terms of what other approaches were available and what the research supported. If you have any personal problems especially in mental health, I recommend trying some of these techniques.

A very helpful book!
this how you will control your anger and rage, and how you overcome depression and stress included in this book. The author analyzed those matters nicely like the importance of sleep, challenge yourself overcome this. Such kinds of suggestions and techniques explained in this which is helpful.
