The perfect goodbye...
Although it is a shame there won't be another instalment - Jessica has called time on this series at the right time and I'm looking forward to her opening up a new world for us to explore and enjoy in her next books. It simply couldn't go on & on but I am glad this delivered all the warm, moving & happy endings we've come to love from JR. There is some sadness & heartbreaking moments along the way & one speech in particular brought me to tears. Highly highly recommended to HH fans, Read in order if you're new to this world for a more overall enjoyable experience.
Thank you Jessica for writing books we can lose ourselves in and for creating these characters and story's that feel like coming home & a warm hug. You've created an excellent series here!
Both narrators did well but there are some errors in editing of the Sam chapters. Not a big deal but worth noting in case this can be changed.

A fantastic ending to the series
I absolutely loved this book (like i have done with all of Jessica’s books!) and i love how everything has been tied together so neatly. I look forward to see what is in the future for Jessica’s books.
The narrators are great.
There were multiple editing errors with repeated lines during the book, specifically with Emma Swan’s Sam chapters which i found slightly disappointing because i have never encountered as many errors listening to one audiobook (and i am an avid audiobook listener) i have found all the previous Boldwood audiobooks to be top quality recordings however it hasn’t had an impact on my experience of the book and did not reflect badly on Emma’s performance i just wanted to mention it incase this can be rectified in the future.

Beautiful series of books
The hedgehog hollow series has brought me hours of joy and tears over the many books.
Each next book has been eagerly anticipated and they have never failed to hit the spot ,bringing individual storylines and characters together with a wide range of experiences.
The narrators help to keep the clear individual narratives understandable and definitely add to their personality.
I feel sad this is the last book in the series but it is definitely the right time to leave these characters as they look to their futures.
Jessica Redland has become a firm favourite author of mine now and I cannot wait to explore more of her books, highly recommend!!

Filled with joy and trauma triggers
I have listened to every book in this series, but they were sometimes hard to hear. Trauma triggers abound, like an attempt to fit as many in as possible—verbal abuse, physical abuse, rape, multiple criminal attacks, incest, child abuse, and so many unkind words, especially from Chloe. I fear some abused readers will feel judged for not endlessly tolerating their parents’ abuse to get to the “happy ending” that very rarely happens, especially with truly abusive, denigrating people. Mixed feelings here, because I love the good characters, and somehow feel a little manipulated by the trauma.

I have not been disappointed yet!
I started the series a few months ago and I have not been disappointed by one book yet! I’m going to be so sad when the series ends! I love reading about Samantha, Josh, Fiizz, Phoebe and the family!!!

Amazing warm story
Loved this beautiful series of books from start to finish! This is a sort of story I’m looking for when I want to wrap in a blanket and cuddle on a rainy foggy day with my cat and good book. Would highly recommend to anyone.
