I adore a romance book and this had all of that but it also had amazing friendship group and characters. it felt more of a journey for the main character and not just a find romance story. it made me laugh out loud so much, I'll be listening to it again soon.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Uncomplicated and everyday but still fun. Narration was brilliant as I’ve found good books ruined by dodgy narration

I nearly didn’t download this book after reading one of the reviews, but I thought I would be open minded and give it a go…. I’m so glad I did, it was brilliant, funny, sometimes sad, sometimes a bit scary, sometimes a little far fetched ( but not too much) I could relate to the main character Jenny as she’s very much like myself, a calamity Jane!! Lol…. I felt I was right inside the book and just didn’t want it to end…. I would have liked to have heard what happened to the other people in the book at the end…. But I think it did end at the right place :-) I guess we did know what happened to them in a fashion :-)

Downloaded this on a whim as it was part of the included catalogue and needed something to pass the hours of covid self isolation. What a treat it was! I was hooked from the start and throughly enjoyed every moment of the book. I’m a little sad it’s over now but will be checking out the authors other works

Surprisingly wonderful

I stumbled across this book as not my normal thing, yet I found it easy to listen too.

The story is predictable but this didn’t matter as I found the story flowed very easily with lots of funny moments to keep you entertained, there were a few twists to keep it interesting.

All in all I found this a lovely book.
