Save your money
I don’t know what I was expecting when I bought this but it is basically the same info you’d find on an NHS website. In summary, do yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, avoid alcohol and caffeine and stress. Get social support. Annoyed I wasted my money on this (rather than a credit) as I can’t even return it.
