About this listen
Jem Stonehouse, a housewife with a neurotic husband bent on keeping her in line, dreams about werewolves in what she believes is a bid to escape boredom.
Sean Holloway is a werewolf, living a charade within the human race, whose mind drifts to a bond he shares with a woman he hasn't met - at least, not in this lifetime.
Apart, the two are safe but live unfulfilled lives.
Together, they'll become prey to rival packs just as they have been for hundreds of years.
When their worlds collide, and not for the first time, instinct takes over. Dreams become reality. Futures are uncertain. To keep history from repeating itself, Sean must teach Jem about his heritage, convince her of her role, and win her love.
Can Jem accept her destiny before it's too late, or is her inner wolf buried too deep to save her future with Sean?

🎧Reviewed for Audiobook Obsession 🎧
At the beginning of this story I thought I had made a mistake. It started mundane, that however changed and turned into a very interesting, rather exciting different reincarnation pn storyline. I am impressed and looking forward to more from this series.
Heather did a wonderful job bringing these characters to life.

Can you imagine
Can you imagine, dreaming about and your werewolf partner and finding him!
Started off a bit slow, but it was a beautiful story!
The narration was a bit slow so I had to speed it up a bit, this could just be my personal preference, was the first time listening to this narrator.

The story has it all!!!
I received this audiobook free for an honest review as a member of the Pink Flamigo Production review team. This book was awesome. The author brought you in and never let you go. Can't wait for more exploits of Jem and Sean and the pack. Listening to the background of the start of the "Holloway Pack" series was great. I love a powerful woman and experiencing her discovery. The suspense just about killed me. However, Jem's stubornness made me want to smack her. Her inquisitiveness gets her in trouble every time. The narrator did a great job with all the characters. It made you feel like you were watching a movie unfold.

Hooked from start to finish
This book was amazing, I really liked how J.A. Belfield wrote it.
Jem had dreams, they seemed so real to her, the same person always there, Sean and turning into a wolf. So when she finds out Sean is a real person she feels that she already knows him, the problem is that she is trapped in an awful marriage where she is controlled.
At the beginning I of the book I was so cross with Jem, allowing her husband to get away with the things he did to, however, as the book progressed I admired her, she turned into a strong woman who would not let anyone treat her that way anymore.
All of the wolf pack were likeable as were Jem’s friends, the twist was really good and I was hooked from start to finish. Bring on book 2!

Review of Called by JA Belfield (Audio version)
Overall I enjoyed the book and what is the love story of Jem and Sean. I really enjoyed it being about a werewolf pack and their lives.
The pace of the book was a bit jarring initially and seemed to drag on a bit in some places but Im glad I hung in there as it just got better and better.
I enjoyed the narrator Heather Lykens and the performance of the story. There was a slight editing glitch here and there but in the overall view it can be ignored.
