Confidence Can Be Learned
Some authors pad the material they want to convey to the reader with loosely associated connections to their subject. This book is not very long that is true. It also is not padded with useless information, it gets right to the point and stays on point throughout the book. The information is concise yet thorough. There is no need for the author to try and make the material complicated. The primary message is that results is based upon taking action. The author lays out a practical and useful plan that when placed into action will help the reader either gain the once elusive quality of confidence or improve an already attained partial confidence.
Once again the narration was superb, which makes it all the more easy to comprehend and take in the concept and process of developing confidence.

Not the best book on mindset or self confidence.
Its tough. I've read Grit and Mindset. Both worldclass books so perhaps this review is partially that this book is coming after these two amazing pieces. But, this book rambles along, without any real structure. I'm having a very hard time understanding and following the story. The concepts are watered down versions that came from Grit and Mindset. Honestly, just read those two. They are exceptional.

Terrible narration. Ok book.
Good book, but hard to stay focused with the bad narrator. Some good advice for building confidence and stepping out of your comfort zone.

Good practical ideas..
Some of the ideas are high quality. Author has made justice to the topic. Other Aithors talk about importance of confidence.. But Patrick talks about stuff that actually works.

Sounds like a robot reading!
The book is great but it sounds like a robot is reading the book. Very distracting to focus on the storyline.
