Very Helpful.

This is an all around book for everyone. It is not just about being married but it entails work and friends as well. This broke it all down for me and made things a little easier for me to digest.

Good workbook.

Just out of a toxic relationship and this really helped me answer a lot of those questions I need to answer for myself.
