Summary
Do you regularly lose control over food? Do you find that when you're feeling down, you go after comfort food - something greasy or sweet like chocolate, pastries, or junk food?
Binge dietary issue is an enthusiastic behavior wherein someone routinely eats undeniably more than one needs. It goes well past the ordinary desires we, as a whole, have for treats or nibbling between meals. It's a genuine illness.
This book is addressed to anyone who may be susceptible to binge eating. In particular, you need this book if you have ever found yourself:
- Eating much quicker than usual
- Eating even if you're full
- Having constant fixation on your weight

- Feeling powerlessness to keep up any kind of severe eating regimen
- Eating throughout the day with no set mealtimes
- Experiencing feelings of aversion, sorrow, and blame after a gorging session
- Feeling unable to quit eating or to control the type of food you eat
- Feeling overwhelmed by stress or nervousness that is calmed only with food
In this book, I will show you how you can definitely overcome your eating disorder, manage your weight, and keep it balanced healthily. In particular, you will learn:
- The nature of your binge eating disorder
- The emotions that trigger your behavior
- The difference between physical hunger and emotional hunger (and how to recognize it)
- Identification of the type of eater you are
- The risks involved in binge eating
- The most effective solutions
- A step-by-step guide on how to replace binge eating episodes with other (healthier) activities
- Ways to feel better with the use of self-help techniques
- Situations when professional support becomes necessary through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and how to avoid relapses
By following the simple techniques explained in this audiobook, you will be able to regain control of your life. No matter the starting point, recovery from an eating disorder is possible.

Awful CG narration
I can’t see how this is possibly narrated by anything other than computer generated. The content must be good looking at all the other reviews but I couldn’t listen to it for long. It’s a shame because it’s such an important subject matter but when faced with skipped words, incorrect intonation and badly narrated sentences it made me feel even more worthless. Like my disorder didn’t even merit a decent quality review or narrator. I wish I’d listened to a sample.

This is a audio book with exceptional story.
The information given in this audio book truly can help with various issues in a solitary's life, not simply with dietary issues. The Binge Eating gives fast help just as desire that can be recognized by completing the suggested advances.

Absolutely HORRIBLE
This book must be some type of counterfeit! First off, the same chapters repeat multiple times. Secondly its words used are bizarre and sounds like a book report written by a 12 year old or by a non-English speaker who has used some bizarre translation app. Lastly and worst of all, a lot of the info about eating disorders was flat out wrong/inaccurate.
This book and all of its positive reviews must be a SCAM! I tried to give all 1 star but accidentally went to 2 stars

the subject matter was decent, perhaps I would have enjoyed it more with a better narrator. she sounded robotic, hard to follow and listen to.

Not Helpful if you are a binge eater
This book is a waste of time. Each chapter was the repeat of the one before it. The book kept repeating the definition of a binge eater giving different examples and glazed over possible solutions only listing them. It offered no real in site for those who are true binge eaters. Most binge eaters know they are bingers and know they eat emotionally. We need a lot more than someone telling us we are bingers and it’s emotional. If you really have an issue with binging this book is not for you.

The narrator ruins this book.
The book is good with great information and exercises. But the robot reading the text makes it SOOO BORING to listen to. The narrator literally sounds like the author put her writing into google translate and just recorded the translation voice. It is bad. I saw some other people in the reviews talk about it, but I thought, “how bad can it be?” Well, let me tell you, It’s bad. It so lifeless and robotic that it makes you lose interest in what she is saying. Everything is monotone and a total drag. She is super boring to listen to. But, the content is really good. She has a lot of information and facts.

its like a computer repeating the same facts
it was the worst book I have listened to on audible. its like someone tried to make as much money as possible by using a computer to narrate while just repeating the same definitions of binge eating. it was horrible.
