About this listen
Are you having no luck with Astral projection? Discover the spiritual and wholesome approach to attaining out-of-body states of awareness which leads to more vivid and profound experiences.
The approach in this book is on the practical understanding of out-of-body consciousness, rather than on intellectual debate or speculation.
As explained in the book:
"Through practical understanding alone, we get rid of the need for ineffective methods and complex practices which harbour self-doubt, often seen in books which promise quick results through techniques backed by little explanation. When we instinctively comprehend the mechanics behind out-of-body experiences, we adopt our own intuitive practice."
Furthermore, the book explores the difference between lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences and how both these phenomena serve a significant purpose towards our spiritual progress.
Learn about how following the path of Astral projection enhances our mental, emotional and physical health and overall quality of waking life; the practice does not just apply to our non-physical experiences during sleep.
Gene's knowledge is based on over a decade of deep meditation, hundreds of out-of-body experiences, and several years spent being part of a Gnostic group.
He has only one wish; for you to experience conscious out-of-body travel with all of your senses intact, just as you are here and now.
Below are just some of the things you will learn in this guide:
- Overcoming fear of 'the other side'
- How to rely on intent rather than methods
-Several step-by-step methods and exercises
- How meditation greatly benefits Astral projection
Analyzing and understanding your failed attempts
-How to stay grounded and present once out of body
-How dreaming at night is no different than when we 'daydream'
-How Astral projection is a deeply spiritual practice of self-realization.

Beyond Expectations
Through this practical guide to Astral travel, Gene emphasizes the fundamental principles necessary for true astral exploration. He underscores the significance of meditation as a pivotal factor in achieving astral projection, while also providing various techniques for successfully leaving the physical body. What truly resonates is his emphasis on the cultivation of the soul during our waking existence as a prerequisite for attaining this transcendent state. Gene's narrative prowess shines through, imbuing the text with sincerity and fervor. His ability to accurately describe the astral projection experience, particularly likening it to the sensation of free falling, was incredibly insightful and practical for me in overcoming the initial barriers to leaving my body. This book stands as one of the paramount resources on astral travel, deserving of multiple readings to allow its wisdom to permeate the reader's heart and mind.

Content excellent but audio quality transient.
The content of the book is excellent, in fact I have bought the hardback, so I can go through it in more detail, however, the audio quality is transient. Regularly throughout the book, especially during the listing of points (1, 2, 3 etc), the speed of the narration temporarily speeds up to 1.5, or even 2.0x, which is quite disconcerting. Also, there is some corruption in Chapter 25, at about 7:30 mins in), where some important information is garbled / missing. The narrator took some time to get used to, as to me, he sounded disinterested...but after a while, I got use to it and ended up appreciating the relaxed, honest style. So despite the technical issues with this audiobook, I would still recommend it, purely on the content.
