A guide to successful projects of any size
I found thebook very practical for non-project managers. I lead many initiatives and process improvements that can be managed as little projects. I cooperate with people, and there, the leadership skills come into play. Peter offers all leadership, interpersonal and communication skills that are essential for project management. I particularly liked advanced problem-solving skills. I struggled with certain conflict situations, but the advice to classify them per category helped me view them differently and apply an effective method. The author provides basic and advanced techniques accompanied by a practical negotiation checklist that helps me prepare for difficult meetings. The narration is very engaging.

Excellent.

Negotiate and win
There are many books on negotiation, but this one summarizes basic and advanced steps for a project leader. I have downloaded the bonus checklist that will help me win many battles, even when facing a strong negotiator.

Listen to this book with attention, as it will transform and enhance your vision of project management! The author shares his knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.
