A guide to successful projects of any size
I found thebook very practical for non-project managers. I lead many initiatives and process improvements that can be managed as little projects. I cooperate with people, and there, the leadership skills come into play. Peter offers all leadership, interpersonal and communication skills that are essential for project management. I particularly liked advanced problem-solving skills. I struggled with certain conflict situations, but the advice to classify them per category helped me view them differently and apply an effective method. The author provides basic and advanced techniques accompanied by a practical negotiation checklist that helps me prepare for difficult meetings. The narration is very engaging.

Solving complex problems and serving leadership
The book is outstanding among PM books for its approach to solving complex problems and serving. Problems often grow larger than can directly handle, especially on complex projects. Serving leadership is a modern approach that has a great tract of success. I took many notes on these aspects, which I want to implement, not just on my projects.

Teamwork
A project is about teamwork. Building a dream team that delivers is the goal of every PM. The audiobook contains guidelines to achieve these. However, as with other soft skills, these must be implemented and built, which requires practice. The book will take you through the most important PM skills.

101 for any manager
I am not a professional project manager but have broad management experience. Projects create situations that are more intensive than my daily management routine. Therefore, I recommend this book to any manager. If you can lead projects, then you can lead a process or department.

Conflicts
I encounter many conflicts in projects where I participate. The author presents great strategies. Firstly, they need to be classified and one of the approaches chosen. Also, other parts of the book are beneficial. It is well researched and inspirational.

Become a project leader
I knew the difference between a manager and a leader. However, I was surprised that this is more critical in projects than in other management fields since a PM spends over 80% of their time communicating.
