Lots to Like!
First of all, I loved the narration! It was slightly fast, but I enjoyed the very professional delivery. Secondly, I really liked how thorough this book is. While it's not super long and is easily digestible, I felt it covered a lot of ground and was very comprehensive. Third, the title and cover are great...and is really what drew me to the book originally. Speaking of the title...I do think good managers are important, but leadership is vital to a company's survival, and if you can have both, then there's a much high probability of success! This book was well-researched and thoughtful, and I would recommend it to anyone desiring to create a high-performance-driven and loyal culture in the workplace.

Thought Provoking
I would have paper and pen ready, this book is very thought provoking, practical and helpful. Looking at what managers need is not more cracking whip, carrots and external motivation. The internal environment of cooperation and synergy is what drives business. The word culture in the workplace gets over used and misappropriated too often. This book gives practical tools to influx cooperation and culture in work.

Relatable and inspiring
As someone who was both an employee in the past and now, more recently as a leader managing my own company and, therefore people, I related a lot to many parts of this audiobook, especially the section talking about the impostor syndrome.
We now live in an age where is more and more important to create a positive work culture, and to be a true leader who cultivates a healthy work environment, cultivates trust, and also knows how to motivate people. No business in this world can succeed without good employees, and is up to leaders to motivate and make an employee want to stick around long term. This audiobook covers on all of these topics, includes examples, questions one must ask themselves in their journey of becoming a better leader and more. This is a resource I highly recommend to both new and more experienced managers - good leadership is no longer optional, but a must if you want to have a thriving business!

Excellent and Informative
This is an excellent audiobook aimed at fostering a culture of true leadership in the workplace. The book is packed with tons of useful information and strategies, all set out in a clear way that’s easy to understand and follow. And the narration is great too. Having been in toxic work environments before I gained a lot from this book and totally resonate with the concept of if you look after your staff, they will look after you (and your company!). John McCann and Katie McCann do an amazing job. Recommend!
