One of the best!
An excellent book in the field of organizational management!
This book takes a deep look at the behavior of people in organizations from two psychological and sociological perspectives and points out the points that every manager/leader should know to interact with his team.
I really liked the writing style and flow of the book. The book has a good narration too.

I have been a manger in my company for a while now but looking ahead to leadership roles. This book has given me lots of great tips and information on how I can be the best leader I can be and helped me distinguish between a boss and a leader. Highly recommended for all new leaders or those wanting to provide a better experience to their team

Lots to Like!
First of all, I loved the narration! It was slightly fast, but I enjoyed the very professional delivery. Secondly, I really liked how thorough this book is. While it's not super long and is easily digestible, I felt it covered a lot of ground and was very comprehensive. Third, the title and cover are great...and is really what drew me to the book originally. Speaking of the title...I do think good managers are important, but leadership is vital to a company's survival, and if you can have both, then there's a much high probability of success! This book was well-researched and thoughtful, and I would recommend it to anyone desiring to create a high-performance-driven and loyal culture in the workplace.
