Very resourceful

Bringing kids up in a home that has a lot of poor anger management issues being displayed by parents would result in a dysfunctional home setting. Understanding your anger and how to manage it would help to portray the right image at all times in the home and make parenting upright children easier. Haven listened to Anger Management Secrets For Triggered Parents has helped me to understand how to be able to recognise my anger triggers and how to manage them. It also helps me to understand how to be a better parent to my children. My favourite part is learning how to take care of myself. Recommended!

Great Book!

This book talks about how to control your anger and have the best relationship with your kids. I agree with the author, anger always get triggered in child's childhood. However, the biggest challenge comes when the child has his/her own kids and he/she doesn't repeat his childhood. Unfortunately, I have been around few people who have no control on their anger especially with kids. I am definitely going to give this book to them. Very useful and remarkable book.

Brilliant anger management book!

Dealing with life can be difficult and stressful but even more so when you have the added stress of being a parent. I have seen first hand at how parents can take out their every day stresses on their kids and how kids know which buttons to press! This audiobook is loaded with so much information that will help you understand how and why we get triggered and become stressed. It also show us how to change our behaviours and become more positive parents so we learn to communicate with children and teenagers in a far more calm, rational and confident way.

Even after reading this once, I feel so much more in control of my emotions so this can only be a positive thing moving forward. Great book!

This is a great book for those situations you find yourself in with your kids, the usual back and forth about getting ready, or eating breakfast, etc!

As a parent of 2 teenage girls, there are lots of moments where frustration and confrontation happens! Very Practical and Valuable Information.

The book perfectly debits the title of the book. The secrets of how to effectively manage your booths of anger, particularly with your children. It is no hidden fact that this is a major challenge in most homes. I have greatly learned several secrets of good management of kids and the entire atmosphere at home from this ten-chapter book of revelations. The mistakes we make as parents, the 5 phrases of the anger circle, the understanding of possible triggers, and the effective communication strategies are all shared. This is a book for all parents and adults who desire positive parenting or the creation of harmony at home, or even in dealing with kids on daily basis. This is a great book!

Positivity

What a fantastic audiobook. Parents who are strict with their kids should definitely listen to this great book. They must learn how to chastise their kids in a loving and constructive way. This book helped me understand my children and how to deal with them quietly and without yelling. Children should not be physically abused by their parents; instead, they should be instructed in a way author suggested. This book will be of great assistance to every parent, as it was to me. Thanks to the author for an amazing guide, and the narration was perfect.

AN IMPORTANT BOOK FOR ANGER MANAGEMENT!

This book is great for anyone who does what I do and tries not to kill my kids when they are pushing at my last nerve. With five children, this book is brimming with strategies and advice on how to interact with kids more successfully so they may learn, comprehend, develop, and become decent people.

What a wonderful tool this wonderful audiobook is! There were a number of strategies and attitudes in this book that would have me in my development as a decent, patient, and loving father when I was raising my children. No matter how many children you have, you must own this book.

It will improve your stability as a person and as a family and spare you a great deal of sorrow, guilt, and blame. Very strongly advised!
