Never been so calm

Toddlers are terrible. They could stress out the calmest of person.

I've been one of those parents and it's not fun. I have to say this audiobook really helped me out with that. I have so many strategies now to stay cool and calm. The family is much happier, I'm much happier. It's an overall much nicer environment to be part of.

Great advice!

Having had our son, we started to struggle with getting upset (and even angry) from time to time because it was completely new to both of us and we didnt know whether we were doing the rights things for our son. This book was great to help us avoiding burnout from child care and the stress and anger that does come with it. As we went through the well narrated audio we found great steps and advice on how to better manage our lives and our toddlers. The chapter on Coaching your toddler is a life changer for us and this has helped us so much. Highly recommended.

A game changer!

At some point, I realized I was repeating some of my parents' negative behaviors. Even though I swore, I would never be as impatient with my kids as my dad was with me. Nevertheless, I recognized that I was repeating my dad's behavior patterns and had to change something.
This audiobook has helped me to be able to respond better to my children, to remain patient even if they annoy me sometimes, and still take my time with them even if I'm stressed.
As soon as I started listening to the audiobook, I felt a change in my behavior, and the response of my kids was incredible. They were calmer than before and much happier. I am grateful for all the fantastic advice the author has given. Thank you!
