Summary
I've always relished being a man of mystery. My LA hotel empire is public, but my private life as plain old Reid Davenport stays that way. Right up until it doesn't, and the tabloids threaten not just my privacy, but that of my family. I'd do anything to protect them from the limelight.

A sweet story
Sparks fly when broody businessman Reid Davenport and PR pro Hailey Connor meet for the first time. His ex decided to air their dirty laundry in public and it’s affecting his parents’ and sister’s lives. She is determined to help him, despite having to fight him every step of the way. The book follows their story as they grow closer and fall deeper as they work together.
I know that this is the last one in a series, and while I haven’t read any of the other books (Layla Hagen is new to me), the writing was done so beautifully that I didn’t feel like there was something missing; but now I want to read the rest of the books!
Andi Arndt and Sebastian York, as expected, didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed listening to the easy banter and flirtation between the two main characters. I just think that the audiobook would have been better if it was recorded as a duet.
Always with You is a contemporary romance written in dual POV and recorded in dual narration. It ends with a HEA. No cliffhanger, no cheating.

Reid and Hailey!
To anyone who doesn’t know him Reid can come across as cold and harsh but they couldn’t be farther from the truth when you see how warm and caring he is towards those he loves. He manages the family hotel business and is determined to keep his private life private but his ex-girlfriend is doing everything she can to make their past very public and is more concerned about the publicity it brings than it being the truth.
Hailey is the baby of the Connor family and because of her past she has always been close to her family. She is a rising star in the PR industry however her newest client Reid is less than impressed that he needs her services and their first meeting was a disaster. He comes to the painful conclusion that he needs her professional help but the personal connection between them took them both by surprise. Their journey was not without its drama and angst but that only made the ending that much better.
Reid and Hailey are perfect for each other as they help each other heal from their pasts. Hailey shows Reid that life doesn’t always have to be serious and Reid shows Hailey his sexy side which is enough to make you swoon. It is always fun to catch up with the Connor family and this book is no exception. I received a complimentary copy of the audiobook and the narrators were a perfect choice and made you feel connected to the characters.

Hailey & Reid!
Listening to the Connor family is like coming home. When I heard Hailey's story was being released, I was so excited. Hailey is a public relations specialist and when Reid, a hotel mogul, was having some difficulty, he hired her. Now spending time together is leading to more than just managing the press! This is the perfect matching of people. Hailey is strong, loyal and will do anything for those she loves. Reid is fiercely protective, loving and willing to take the fall if necessary to keep those he loves safe. Their transition from co-workers to lovers is effortless and oh, so romantic! And the best part of this series is getting to see other Connor family members! Hagen has a wonderful series, all giving that warm and fuzzy feel, low angst and completely immersible entertainment. Her stories fill my heart, and this one is no exception.
Narrated by Andi Arndt and Sebastian York, we just fall into their easy and familiar sound. These two have such a chemistry, it flows even when the characters aren't there yet! You will love to give this a listen!

Sweet Story <3
This was the first book I have read/listened to from this Author and even though I have come into this series late it didn't spoil my enjoyment of it, just made me want to read the other books in the Connor Family Series.
I loved the main characters Reid and Hayley. The connection between them is instant and palpable even though Reid acts like a complete dick. He's broody and stuck in his ways and Hayley challenges his life and makes him want more for the first time ever.
Andi Arndt and Sebastian York are two of my favourite Narrators so I knew they were going to weave their magic with this one and they did, they really brought the story to life.
