About this listen

From the award-winning and bestselling author of Shatter Me comes All This Twisted Glory, the highly anticipated third novel in the Persian inspired mythology This Woven Kingdom series

As the long-lost heir to the Jinn throne, Alizeh has finally found her people—and she might’ve found her crown. Cyrus, the mercurial ruler of Tulan, has offered her his kingdom in a twisted exchange: one that would begin with their marriage and end with his murder.

Cyrus’s dark reputation precedes him; all the world knows of his blood-soaked past. Killing him should be easy—and accepting his offer might be the only way to fulfill her destiny and save her people. But the more Alizeh learns of him, the more she questions whether the terrible stories about him are true.

Ensnared by secrets, Cyrus has ached for Alizeh since she first appeared in his dreams many months ago. Now that he knows those visions were planted by the devil, he can hardly bear to look at her—much less endure her company. But despite their best efforts to despise each other, Alizeh and Cyrus are drawn together over and over with an all-consuming thirst that threatens to destroy them both.

Meanwhile, Prince Kamran has arrived in Tulan, ready to exact revenge…

Layered with exquisite tension and heart-stopping romance, All This Twisted Glory is the explosive third book in the captivating, bestselling This Woven Kingdom series.

I have loved all the books in this series and can't wait to find out what happens next. The way they author paints the world and the narrative allowing the characters to reveal themselves, strengths and weaknesses, through their response to events rather than relying on jumping between inner thoughts all the time is wonderful.

I can't wait for the next installment

Tahereh Mafi does not disappoint!! The way she paints the story with words is extraordinary. The plot itself is great, I literally devoured it. But it ended with another cliffhanger. So I will be waiting anxiously for the next book in the series.
Kate Reading is an amazing narrator, and brings the story to life

What a book!!

I tolerated how dragged out book 1 was because I appreciated the author’s need to introduce the characters, their worlds etc. However, even though book 2 continued to buildup the plot and characters, it has left more questions than answers. The length and content of dialogue between the characters I found, was often unnecessarily tedious and irritating. It would have been nice to see this world and the goings on from the perspectives of other characters if only to add more breadth and depth to the story. I can see the Woven Kingdom series being unnecessarily dragged over several books - I despair! An amazing performance by Kate Reading, as usual.

Annoyingly Dragged Out
