Like listening to my life story. I went 3 years without one sip of alcohol touching my lips. New years eve came along and I thought one drink won't hurt. Wrong. Within three months I was back in hospital. This really is my last chance. Listened to your book twice. Today is 100 days without a drink and your book WILL stop me slipping back towards certain death ☠. Thanks for a great book. Robert White age 61.

What did you like most about Alcohol Lied to Me... Again!?

Craig words are total common sense, the words he used reminded me of the children's story the king with no clothes! Why are we all so scared to admit what fools we have been instead of putting our heads down and carrying on.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Alcohol Lied to Me... Again!?

The moments of almost bullying, remind me of many times when I haven't wanted to drink but did because I couldn't bear being teased and to feel a kill joy and boring.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I have listened to the book several times not always in one sitting but I have it playing as a back round noise.Just as a reminder sometimes of how foolish it is to drink alcohol.

Any additional comments?

Yes I would like to have this book played at schools and colleges before kids start their weekends , just to make them think.

I’ve finished this book over the weekend. I like Craigs style of writing. It’s very real. I’ve now read two of his books and listening to his podcasts. I’ve also now joined his telegram group. All theses tools to aid me is quoting the drink!
