Great story
I enjoyed listening to this book in the evenings. I found it interesting and relaxing, until the point that the two young girls came together. I usually love Annie Aldington as a narrator, but the voices she gave these characters really grated on me. Forgive me, but they sounded like simpletons instead of children. I would rather have read the paper version because of this, it spoiled my listening experience. The story however was interesting with plenty of twists and turns, and other characters to like and to root for. Will definitely buy more books by the author, and listen to Annie again. Sadly, it took me ages to get through this book due to the voices of the two girls as they were featured heavily.
