Engaging
This novella was engaging from start to finish. Caroline Peckham and Suzanne Valenti gave us an insight into the word in A Game of Malice and Greed, and it was so interesting. I hope they do more of the early years!
The audio narration was brilliant and really elevated the story.

fantastic 👏 novella. I really liked 👍 learning more about Kyra's backstory 💔💔. I'm looking forward to seeing 👀 what is in store for her.

This prequel novella has left me absolutely heartbroken for Kyra. I love her as a character and I am so excited to see her again in the main series. I do bet she will be a very different woman from how this novella started. And don’t get me started on how amazing the narration was for this book. I loved listening to this audiobook so much.
These authors are always amazing at creating a world that I can’t wait to be lost in. Osaria is absolutely another one. There is already such an interesting world. We see a different bread of Fae from their other series *cough* Zodiac Academy *cough* these Fae have been gifted their abilities from the gods, and you have an affinity or affinities towards certain magics. For example, Kyra is a healer, who also has an affinity towards seduction. The addition of the gods of this world has made for a very interesting twist and I can’t wait to see where it will go.
