About this listen
Edward has never met anyone quite like Mason.
Mason isn't looking for Mr. Right...he isn't even looking for Mr. Right-Now. What he wants in a man isn't going to be found on a blind date or at a singles mixer. Because he's looking for someone a little more unique...a little more take charge...a little more loving.
Edward is straightforward, logical, and thinks of himself as traditional...not vanilla, just traditional. When he meets Mason, sparks fly. When whispered confessions reveal secret desires, will Edward embrace Mason's needs or will his secret prove to be too much?
Story contains M/M sexual content, age play, diapers, and ABDL themes.

Have read the book and this is just as good
What made the experience of listening to Secrets in the Dark the most enjoyable?
Kenneth obi really brought this book to life, I really enjoyed the book and listening to it brought the whole thing to life. as Others have stated the difference in voice was really good.
What did you like best about this story?
I enjoy reading age play and especially ABDL books and no one does this better then M.A. Innes, this story for me is two fold firstly you have Mason who is wants a daddy and has never been able to find one and live as a little, and then you have Edward who is vanilla and has never thought of kink until he meets Mason. Together they embark on a relationship of discovery of their roles. This is a really sweet book.
What about Kenneth Obi’s performance did you like?
As already stated Kenneth has done a fantastic job of bringing both charaters to life, the voices he uses for each character are really good and suit the specific character, and were different so it was easy to tell who was “speaking”
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Definitely and didnt want it to end, I was so engrossed that I didn’t realise that it was coming to the end of the book despite having read the book a number of times.
Any additional comments?
this was fantastic and I can see myself listening to it often

I loved it
Getting roped into helping his friend, Mason finds himself at a singles mixer where he meets an man who sounds like Mr. Right. The only problem - this mixer takes place in the dark, so he has no idea who he is or even what he looks like. Edward was expecting this mixer to introduce him to a nice professional with similar interests; he was not expecting the the intriguing young man sitting next to him. I liked that while Mason had an intellectual knowledge of what he wanted, he actually had limited practical experience, so he and Edward were able to share so many firsts together. I loved Edward's curiosity and willingness to put in the work to understand a world that is very new to him. If you've read other MA Innes books, you'll recognize Dr. Miles Sheppard as the psychologist he sees to learn about age play and alternative lifestyles and for advice as he learns how to be the best Daddy he can be for his boy.
Kenneth Obi does a great job narrating. Each character is distinguishable, so it's easy to follow.

Loved listening to this book
Edward is little vanilla, almost!! Mason more open about what he wants.
So begins their story Narrated by the lovely voice of Kenneth Obi who drew into the story almost like they were there partaking. This is an age play book, I must say that I do like these kind of books. Mason needed something that only Edward could give him.
Again M A Innes story grabs you,
If you like age play this is the book for. So beautifully written well narrated by Kenneth Obi

A wonderful story with great narration
M.A. Innes and Kenneth Obi have become a wonderful team when it comes to narration of her stories.
Kenneth draws us into the meeting and development of a beautiful relationship between two men who find that the have the same interest in Age Play after meeting accidentally when both of their dates go sideways. Mason has known of his want to be little for a while and a daddy to care for him, and Edward, learning of Mason's needs and because of his want for the young man, learns to be what he needs and discovers a whole new side to himself.
It's a delightful story of growth, both separately and together. There are highs and lows for both men and there's quite a bit of emotion that you experience through Kenneth's narration. He brings the characters to life and draws you along on their journey.
A definite recommendation for the story and the narration.

Sweet and sexy age play
A sweet and sexy book about age play. I liked how the characters meet and the story is hot and beautiful. I would have wanted a little more of the progress of their relationship. The growing feelings. But in total it is good!
As usual Kenneth Obi makes the story come to life!
