About this listen

When Dion Semele moves to Napa, all he wants is to fit in. But something really strange is happening to Dion, and odd-girl-out Penelope understands completely.

Something is happening to her, too.

You see, they were made for each other.

As Dion's new life becomes a twisted nightmare, he learns that maybe he and Penelope were made to raise hell together, too. Soon, they are caught in a battle for control of their souls, as malignant forces plunge Napa into an abyss of debauchery and blood.

You have to be Very open minded to be a fan of Bentley Little. His writing pushes the boundaries further than other writers would dare to go. This effort however sails so far over those boundaries that it totally loses the plot, if their ever was one. A quarter of the way in it descends into unrelenting scenes of violence and sex which goes on chapter after chapter, The storyline gets forgotten as he goes on this rampage of needlessly descriptive horror which by then has lost its shock value. So bad I couldn't finish it.

Utter drivel
