In the near future, in the picturesque town of Burning Hollow, Tennessee, a century-old squabble between two families is brewing. For four generations, blood has spilled between the patriarchs, shifting the tides of power. Wyatt Rutledge has led an assemblage of refugees to the safety of Burning Hollow, but their salvation presents the gravest of threats to the Banks family farm and everyone else in the holler.

With resources dwindling, the death toll mounting, and foreign troops laying waste to the east coast cities, a strike team comprised of Burning Hollow and Smokey Hills’ fiercest warriors will attempt the impossible: They will wade into the apocalyptic wasteland to meet and attack the enemy at their own stronghold.
