Truly life-changing

This is part of the Mind/Body world that will blow your mind if you are suffering from chronic pain. Having suffered for 20 years with lower back pain, I now have real hope and the fear which was fuelling it is now slowing melting away. It honestly feels like a miracle is happening. Open your hearts and minds - it really works.

Life Changing Information contained here!

Nicole is one of the wisest and most generous practitioners of Mindbody medicine. (That's probably the wrong description, but it sort of fits!) If you're suffering from any kind of chronic illness or pain, give this a listen with an open mind. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain! Good luck.

great podcast!

very helpful information thank you I enjoyed it a lot and thought it was very helpful and even though I'm certainly in a better place these days I find this compounds where I am and probably re-enforces the way I have been thinking in the last year about pain.
