Midlife is definitely a journey. The road has massive potholes.

And the crisis...it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Being 40 is supposed to be freaking fabulous, not fatal.

Taking on a daunting new job minus the description isn’t the smartest move I’ve ever made, even if it was to save a friend. Hopefully, it doesn’t turn out to be the stupidest...or deadliest.

Why can’t things stay the way they were? I love my old job. Supergluing ghosts back together and solving their issues is its own reward. Not to mention, I’m seriously good at it. Although, I must say, I’m ridiculously excited for the new Death Counselor’s arrival in nine months....

Adding to my problems, there are four new angels in town who are riding my butt and judging every move I make. Literally. Who knew destroying one Immortal could cause me so much trouble? If I’m found guilty, I’ll be pushing up daisies.

Luckily, my nutty friends have my back and the Grim Reaper has my heart. What could possibly go wrong?

Nothing is impossible. I am living proof. Let’s just hope I live to prove it.

Continuity of the characters is great. Introduction of some new ones is interesting. I can see this with a little TRE BLOOD flavour as a series. . I’m interested to see where the story goes

On my 3rd listen of this series and still so much new information and detail pouring out. Love the colourful language and fast pace.

These books are hilarious and I'm loving everything about this series. You will get a lot of paranormal action here, with ghosts , angels, fate, etc. There are battles, some really hilarious and preposterous dialogues and situations, as well as an amazing tale that will keep you hooked (we even got some unexpected gluying body parts going on. No spiciness at all, but the story doesn't need it anyway. On to the next book.
The narration is amazingly good and I loved every single voice Jessica Almasy makes.

This narrator is pure joy and this series is so much fun. Highly recommend it for a comedy paranormal fix with really sweet moments.

This series is a gift that just keps on giving and I thoroughly enjoy it. The first 5 book went down in one go, it’s been a full time job. But I just can’t stop. Jumping on the next right now.

Ding dong the b is dead… but new baddies are on the way and they are making me love to hate them with every fibre of my being! Urgr! Come on! Bring on the badassery from the gang. Adored it. Very fast paced but I like it for it. Some lines in this one are absolutely stellar and Jessica Almacy does an amazing job of narrating it. Particularly adore gram and candy vargo. One of my favorite ever side characters EVER!!!
