About this listen
Over a quarter of men have been victims of gaslighting…and here's how you can spot and stop the abuse.
Have you ever been accused of "not being a real man" or told to "Man up!" by your significant other?
Do you falsely get labeled as being incapable of handling the relationship or blamed whenever something goes wrong with anything?
Do you often encounter unsettling behavior from your romantic partner, leaving you with a lingering sense of paranoia? Or had your confidence slowly and methodically undermined to where you question even the most straightforward action?
Suppose you answered yes to any of the above questions. In that case, chances are you may be a of gaslighting, or as we refer to them in the book: A Karen, or someone who always thinks of themselves before anyone else!
Gaslighting has been a frequent subject of pop culture references…the protagonists in films like Shutter Island and Collateral Beauty are classic examples of victims of gaslighting.
But sadly, gaslighting isn't limited to the big screen—it is the harsh reality of millions of men across the globe.
Gaslighters hijack your life by rejecting your feelings, questioning your version of events, and altering your beliefs. Thus, making you question your sanity and changing your outlook on life. Replacing who you were with the version of you they want so they can gain power over you through manipulation and keep control.
According to a report published on YouGov.com, nearly a quarter of men have endured gaslighting behavior from their intimate partners.
And such statistics make it essential to know the techniques to spot gaslighting behavior, shut it down, and recover from its psychological impact.
Armed with powerful techniques and a practical approach to developing self-awareness, this book has got your back…written for men, and it will allow you to finally end the perils of gaslighting and reclaim your life!
Inside, you'll discover:
- Power tactics used by "Karen" that you cannot afford to take lightly
- A stream of manipulation techniques used by abusive people…plus a list of red flags to identify them
- An eye-opening insight into the minds of Karen—uncover why they do what they do
- Shocking yet relatable scenarios that will help you recover from self-doubt and build your self-confidence
- Why it is so difficult to let go of "Karen", and why do so many men find another Karen
- Practical techniques to guard yourself against emotional abuse
- Self-care strategies to overcome the impact of gaslighting and minimize self-doubt
And so much more!
Breakups are never easy, and you might feel the world around you is falling apart. You may feel isolated and alone and that no one will understand. I'm here to tell you that is a lie.
But remember, if it's costing you your peace and sanity, then it's too expensive to be continued—you deserve better!
You've already taken the first step toward living a better life—now it's time to go a few steps further.
If you're ready to take control of your life and live the life you deserve, then scroll up and buy now!

Addresses a Hard Topic Well
Due to society's double standards, toxic masculinity is a problem that doesn't get addressed enough. I'm glad that this book teaches men that it is ok to ask for help and to show emotion.

Emotional health support for men is what's needed
What's most helpful about this book is the examples of relationships and the gaslighting that happened in those examples. I think men should listen to this BEFORE they experience something like this. But... it could be a good book to gift someone if you're concerned about a man you care about being gas-lit in their relationship. Highly helpful resource.

Become a survivor instead of a victim!!
Wow what an eye opening book!
This book will teach you how to become a survivor instead of a victim.
Nobody deserves to be belittled, manipulated or disrespected. When the responsible narcissist is a female, the behavior is often discounted because of stereotypes that men should be “strong” and that is why it can be so damaging for them.
Narcissists are master manipulators, and this book helps you identify the signs that you are in a relationship with one, then gives you the tools to empower yourself to take control and learn to trust yourself again. By speaking up and setting boundaries, you learn to regain your power and take control of your life.
This book teaches strategies to learn to trust yourself again such as Self care (exercise, meditation), it outlines many ways to manage anxiety, encourages you to get the support you deserve by finding people who can validate your feelings, and gives a plethora of advice for when you are ready to escape from her abuse.
This is an excellent book. It takes a very serious subject and breaks it down to digestible parts using humour and real life examples. Nothing will change until you do. Narcissists need to be held accountable for their cruelty, this book shows you how to do that. It is time to flick her fingers away and free those glorious balls!!
Bonus: the author has a free members area with additional resources !

Respect from a peer
I too am an author of a book on gaslighting and psychological manipulation. This book is superb. It is a superbly detailed exploration of gaslighting at the level of laymen. The narration is top-notch, and the audiobook is worth every penny. Everybody needs to learn how to recognize and beat gaslighting.

Wow truly eye-opening!
This book is truly eye-opening, and very well researched you can tell the writer knows what they are talking about. A must-read for men who are in unhealthy relationships and especially in these current times where “Karens” abound. Lots of practical techniques and strategies are packed in this concise book - a worthy read!
