Extremely informative

So many tools in this book to help you along your journey to wellness. If you want to understand the body’s hormones and everything that is going on this is a fantastic resource. You will definitely come away with a better understanding of weight management, your body and all the things to consider in creating your own personalized plan. Great suggestions and easy to listen to. Very well researched and covers the science in an easy to understand manner. Five stars from me.

It's Not Your Fault!

Many people struggle with this problem. You have tried every diet you can find, only to realize that you have not lost any weight. In fact, many times you may find that you have actually GAINED weight in the process! This is common. It is not your fault. In these cases, the fault lies in your hormones. Step by Step!

If you're struggling with your weight, this audiobook is definitely worth a listen. It's packed with great information and actionable steps on what adrenal fatigue is, and how to reset your adrenal glands, as well as all the diet advice you could ask for. Will definitely give these tips a go!

Learning something new all the time!

Very in-depth, yet concise information provided by the audio. My favourite chapter was macro nutrition where the author details enzymes within macros themselves. Author mentions the calorie density within fat molecules and how this can be beneficial when losing weight and working around grehlin, the hunger hormone.

Very Informative

This book provides you with the knowledge and resources you need to begin investigating and treating hormonal weight gain. I encourage you to give this book a try if you experience challenges as I do. We all say, "Oh, I've heard that before," but as you read the chapters and get more understanding of the science underlying how our body functions and uses these hormones, you begin to put the jigsaw together for yourself. Although everyone's path is unique and personal, this book contains skills that we may all use.
