I feel like trying
I never had the taste to garden or to make a vegetable garden. But, listening to the instructions for starting a garden, the urge began to arise.
I discovered several options for growing my own vegetables, fruits and herbs. The tower gardening and the container gardening seem to me very interesting choices.
When the narrator lists all the benefits of gardening on physical and mental health, I know it is a beneficial activity. But when she lists the simple steps, it's even more tempting to try.
I really appreciated all the attention paid to each step. I feel more equipped to plan a garden.
I recommend it.

A Great Case for Gardening
This book explains many somewhat surprising benefits of gardening. Stress relief, connection with nature, socialization, peace and positivity to name some great ones.
Mind and body can both get a boost and in a variety of ways. You can choose what to grow, techniques, and purpose. Therapeutic, food and medicinal uses, and improving the ecosystem are all explored in this book.
As it illustrates, gardening can change your life for the better as well as the immediate environment around you. This book convinced me to embrace the art, science, and philosophy of gardening.

Great book on organic gardening!
The author is very passionate about gardening and the many benefits it brings to the harder. I had not consider much of this before, I tend to just grow foods or herbs in a simple manner so had not considered other functional purposes of gardens such as a therapeutic garden. This books covers quite a lot, I particularly found the topics of hydroponic gardening to be very interesting as it is not something I have considered before. I learned a lot!

Gardening for a Better Self
I've always loved gardening but was limited by knowledge and then later on, space. When the conditions were finally right, I started at it. Along the way, I found this book and I am glad for it. There is a lot I have loved about this book, but I have loved the most that now I know my options. I know the types of gardens I can have in my small backyard. Cherry on top? It can be a self-help tool. So cool!

Get motivated to garden to relieve stress
the author talks about the healing nature of gardens, how to create a therapeutic garden and healing plants that you can grow outdoors or indoors. I found the narrator clear but a bit shrill for my taste, but then I am a Brit!
