About this listen

My world was a gray blur until I met them. My shifters. The men who rescued me from the lie I was living. For a brief moment, even in the midst of chaos, I found happiness.

Then, Strand found me again.

Now, my new life hangs in the balance.

Doctor Shepherd isn’t done with his little experiment, and he wants me back. Alive. When Strand hunters rip me away from everything good I fought so hard for, something inside me snaps.

But when my wolf is finally called, her untamed power upends everything in my life - including my relationships with the four shifter men who mean more to me than anything.

There’s a monster inside me. And she’ll either save me or destroy me.

Wolf Called is the second book in The Last Shifter series, a reverse harem story intended for listeners aged 18 and above.

Warning: This book contains strong language, violence, sexual situations, and a heroine who doesn't have to choose between her men.

Action packed!

I loved this book, I was really excited to drive into the next instalment and wasn't disappointed, it was a rollercoaster of hot alpha action, developing emotions and non stop thrills and spills as the pack plan a prison break! Wow, I can't wait to see what happens next in book three!

Slow-Burn Paranormal Reverse Harem

Wolf Called Hunted by Sadie Moss is a slow-burn paranormal reverse harem romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Laurel Schroeder. This is the second book in The Last Shifter series.

This book does come with a warning: This book contains strong language, violence, sexual situations, and a heroine who doesn't have to choose between her men.

This is the second series of Sadie’s that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. I am really enjoying the relationship that’s building between Alexis, Noah, Rhys, Jackson, and West throughout the series. I love the suspense in the book as they look for Rhys sister. The book does end on a cliffhanger but that wasn’t much of a surprise since it’s a four book series.

I can’t for the next book in the series Wolf Claimed to be released on audio.

Laurel did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of her work in the future.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romances, slow-burn romances, or reverse harems.

Perfect narration, great second part.

YAY, love when the continuation of a book doesn't disappoint, and that's the case with this one, it just keeps getting better!

Alexis wolf is here and is a badass of a wolf, I loved it, also love seeing how she's learning to control her shifts, learn how to coexist with her wolf as one, even though it wasn't so easy but Alexis doesn't give up.

The relationship with her guys keeps developing more, although West is now the reluctant one because of something about his past, but hopefully he'll be able to work it and allow himself to be happy and enjoy the mating bond with Alexis.

The book is fast paced, has enough action, and I just wasn't able to stop listening till it ended... Now... wait for the 3rd to be out on audio.

Laurel Schroeder narration was really good, I love her narrations, her paced, the voices she has for each character are perfect and just enhances the book more.

My Thoughts on Wolf Called

This was such a thrilling story and part two of The Last Shifter series. I really enjoyed the progression of the story as well as the steady progression of the relationship between Alexis and her men. There were so many unexpected twists but it just kept me hooked on the story. I also loved the narrator. Laurel Schroeder has been a favorite paranormal romance narrator for a while for me. I have grown especially fond of her ability to give very distinctive tones to multiple characters. Once again she didn't disappoint with this one. And now I can't wait to jump into book three.
