Clear and inspiring
I have been trying to meditate for years, and have spent the last few months really upping my effort, reading many books and seeking in person teaching. This book is the clearest introduction that I will be recommending to anyone who says…’so why do you meditate’ or ‘how should I meditate’. It has taken my practice forwards in leaps and bounds.

The best instruction on meditation ever
This is the best instruction on how to meditate I have ever read and I’ve read a lot. It is gentle, compassionate and informative. The exercises are do-able and understandable. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who finds there inner world confusing and who wants clarity to deal with their own mind and heart.
