Great read! A fresh perspective on social media .
We are hard wired to search for our meaning in life. Social media blurs our our perception of the world around us. Talking away our time, focus, and money. Feeding us lies from Satan and our fears of not being enough . What we are exposed to influences outr actions. choices and emotions. Thus guides out trajectory of our lives. Escape the trap, know who you are following.

Sadie makes this such an enjoyable listen.
I love the way she tells this story as if she is speaking right to you as a friend. Her message is one that I will carry with me in a world obsessed with social media. 100% would recommend!
