More than just a book on dieting
found this book very interesting, like the way it incorporates a lot of studies and diets and combined with athletic knowledge and experience produced a good lifestyle book to try and adopt.

The WORST READER EVER!
I don't normally write reviews but: I like the content but the reader is just enormously annoying!!! How can you read a book that way??? Seriously ruined the book - will NEVER buy another book with this reader... Unbelievable. Waste of money, buy the paper version if at all.

enjoyed this book
theres a lot of negative comments about the reader , but I found it more like a long podcast than a book ,
and the fact he would go of script did not bother me as the message was the same .

Informative and helpful but reader irritating.
Interesting in this subject and like the author. Very helpful and useful information re diets and habits etc
But MY GOD is the reader irritating. Perfectly fine for most of the book but the little exaggerated words every 15 minutes are unnecessary.

This works....WELL! (Feel like I cheated, so easy)
Fantastic!! ...I lost 16lbs easily in 8 weeks, love my new life and am not going back to refined sugars and grains. At 57 I wish I had done this 40 years ago, feel fresh and alive, brain function never better, loads of energy, great sleep, no aches or pains anymore and getting an athletic figure back...incredible. The best bit is that I feel so calm and happier each day, its like the sugar and grain effects kept me in a sort of low level depression in my past life. I could tweak it a bit by adding mushroom powders, Chaga, Reishi, Lions Mane etc to support the gut biome and immune system but other wise pretty darn good! Go for it, discover the best version of yourself.

Terrible Narration
The reader's voice is incredibly irritating can't stand the fake forced laughter he constantly adds.

Narrator is an a**hole
I am trying to take this book seriously, while listening to a narrator that is arrogant, has emotional fluctuations every minute and reads it like there's a group of infants listening to his story. What an a**hole. Why does he giggle so often???
