Thanks for understanding!

I really enjoyed listening to this. I want to keep my good habits in place, even when it seems like I have to start over at times. The way to really succeed is to take positive deliberate steps to eating sobriety.

Affirmations are such a great way to control what I think about and support my goal of emotional sobriety.

Packed with self-support!

This audiobook is a perfect guide to anyone who seeks mental support to recover from odd eating habits. In this book, the 12 affirmations teach us how to make impossible good habits possible. Loaded with encouraging facts and assist you with foolproof tips to create a powerful, optimistic mindset. Inspirational content, and the narration is very clear. This will obviously guide you throughout your journey of life while uplifting your mental status. Loved it and recommended it to anyone who wishes to have support to recover from overeating.

Great book!

I got this book as I've always struggled with overeating! I eat when I'm happy, sad, stressed or tired.
This book contains some really beautiful prayer affirmations to help not only the physical you but the spiritual you too.
The author has put together some great reminders of support and guidance if you are struggling to keep on the journey of change and getting rid of the addictive behaviours.

Powerful Recovery Tool

This is a beautiful affirmations book that explains how and why these are so effective. It provides a mindset foundation on which to build. The affirmations themselves are repeated, which is very helpful in letting them sink in. They are also effective in altering and/or replacing harmful thought patterns. This is a powerful audiobook to embark on a path of recovery, and can only highly recommend.

You are not in this alone

Powerful affirmations which support your recovery journey. If you need daily support beyond your sponsor then I can highly recommend these. Listen first thing in the morning and last thing at night for maximum effect.

Supportive listening

This was an excellent audiobook!
I appreciated listening as I feel it is encouraging me in my personal journey. I gain weight very quickly and I will definitely listen to this book at periods in my life when I feel I am dipping into the cycle..

Great Resource!

Overeating is very common but not talked about a lot. I think this is a great resource if you are struggling with overeating because it supports you to learn self-love and shows you how to empower your mind. The author does a great job of explaining how the words you use can make a huge impact on what you eat and how much you eat. It's like having a best friend by your side. The narrator is very motivational.
