It is very interesting

I enjoyed this book very much. I am a new TM mediator and super mind explains a lot of people's experiences. I recommend it to any interested in TM.

Hilarious Russell Brand impression

Firstly, it does tell you what it claims to, this takes less than two minutes, that's fine, I appreciated being told at last as people seem pretty secretive about it as they want to make as much money as possible from this knowledge that should be available for free to everyone.

The performance is frequently very funny, the Australian accent was so bad, the Russell Brand impression is hilarious (can non-British people really not tell the difference between a cheeky chappy accent from dairn sairf from a privately educated toff?!)! Many silly and unnecessary (but they'll make you laugh; unintentionally I think) impressions and quite a bit of inspirational info on how TM can help with various issues and anecdotes from people on how much it's helped them.

It was only a few quid so I think it's fair and despite reservations I'm glad I got it because, as I said, it does tell you how to do it.

great info


If you want to make some of the most delicious exotic foods, in the simplest way , this is the book for you. I loved how the author starts off with a full on tutorial of the best way to utilize your crock pot to its fullest potential

step by step guide


Great book. Provides step by step instructions about how to start meditating. Picking your environment. Breathing. Being aware of your feelings. It was very interesting for someone who has never meditated before.

What an wonderful journey! Easily yet deep and insightful, thought provoking and full of heart. I love the accountability at the end of each chapter to record thoughts and take-away's....since sometimes people (ME!) need reinforcement and reminders of what they just learned.

Packed with great information

It is full of practical suggestions and applications for bringing mindfulness into our lives in many ways. The benefits of living life in a mindful way are tremendous- physically, mentally, and emotionally. I highly recommend all books by this author.

Well Worth

This book speaks to meditation in a way that I instantly understood what a meditation practice was and wasn't.The author writes in a way that is both profound and ordinary. Inspiring.
