Summary
The Wisdom of Buddhist Psychology and the Heart of Buddha’s Teachings audiobook is not just another audiobook to share some information about Buddha and Buddhism. This audiobook is actually an opportunity for every listener to reach a deeper aspect of life, through this tunnel of Buddhism teachings. It will be an interesting ride that will make you wonder about different dimensions of life.
The central aim of the audiobook is to help the listener understand the larger aspects of three universal truths, four noble truths, eightfold path, and 12 links to origination, but the context is not limited to the above mentioned numbers and topics. It allows us to dive deeper in the analytical approach to decode the mind, and the circle of life. What makes us humans? What other worlds are there? Can we make an effort towards getting a human life again in rebirth? Can we get a life higher than human existence?
All these questions will be answered as you move along the path of this audiobook. When you finish, you will be able to understand the aspect of suffering, its causes, and its end. Your lives will not be a pursuit of materialistic rewards, but it will turn into a pursuit of calmness. You will weave a wonderful path to the sensible broad view of existence, out of the knowledge of these teachings, and the understanding of life.

This book will make your life better!
The description is correct. This book isn't just a usual book about Buddhism, it is deeper than that. It goes in-depth and into great detail. Each point is neatly laid out in an easy to listen to manner, and touches upon the Psychology as well as the deep dive into the teachings of Buddhism.
It was quite pleasant and calming to listen to, and I learned quite a bit. The narration and writing was wonderful. This book can fit beginners, or those who already have some knowledge of Buddhism and similar subjects.
Highly recommend. 5/5

Helpful and eye-opening!
It is exactly what I needed to move beyond a basic understanding of meditation and Buddhism. I found it to be both comforting and instructional. The perfect book to shift beyond the Four Noble Truths, and how to meditate. Good job. I enjoyed listening very much.

Very helpful for what I wanted to learn!
I am not Buddhist, but wanted to have a deeper more mature understanding of it. I found this audiobook very insightful, shining a light in its areas I was unaware of. The book covered Buddisms's universal truths well and effectively showed how one can reach a deeper connection to them. Very well narrated and well written!

Awful reading
The book may be great, but it doesn't really matter, as it's like listening to Microsoft Sam.
Awful reading... so static, so motionless. Why is he hired to do this?

Best audiobook for all
This is for someone who is truly open and ready one may find insight regardless of where they are on their journey. I had heard about Buddhist psychology many years ago but was never really drawn to learning more about it until now.

Noble Truths!
The first category of the eightfold path is the wisdom path. I love to listen to the final step of the eightfold path. Anit Korpal really provides amazing theories!

All about Buddhism!
Buddhism survived the test of time and became so famous in modern times because it uses common sense behind the suffering of people. It helps us to improve mental health. A perfect meditation for liberation.

Great Buddhist Teachings!
I found five precepts that change my life. The five precepts are the preliminary conditions to begin one's journey of Liberation through Buddhism. They can be considered little baby steps towards a Buddhist journey. So I think anyone can listen to this book to explore noble truths.
