About this listen

A modern and easy-to-understand introduction into the underlying principles of Yoga philosophy and Advaita Vedanta.

Advaita Vedanta is one of the four Yoga Paths, the yoga of Knowledge. Its understanding is that Yoga is nondual consciousness. That there is only one reality, and you are that.

This book aims to bring an easy, accessible, and logical way to understand the complex wisdom of Advaita Vedanta, to offer the possibility of a more balanced and fulfilled life. It answers major universal inquiries: Who am I? What is my purpose in life? How to access my freedom? This book combines spiritual and logical teachings for everyone.

Peaceful

It takes a bit of time to settle in, but by the end the author speaks with a solemnity that evokes a sense of peace within, as on realises the nature of the self and the world; both within and without.
