Franchise owner perspective
Scott nails it and defines the secret sauce for franchise success. I’m sure that he will have a few negative reviews that say his view sides with franchisors but franchisees have to be part dreamer, part “glass is half full” guy (or gal) and all about driving revenue. He outlines the ingredients required to execute. A must read for any franchise owner.

Content seemed a little obvious
There were a couple of nuggets in this 8 hour audio book, but many of the things I heard seemed obvious. I would recommend it for owners of Franchises because I do believe he makes some solid points.

Practical and well organized
This book distills essential business concepts in clear terms with practical guidance for use in real situations. I have decades of experience in executive roles in large organizations - this book gave me new methods to use that I wish I knew then. Now that I’m a new franchisee, I’m grateful that I found this book to help me adapt to this challenge.

Invaluable Data for Franchisees
Using stories from his own experience as well as from the experience of dozens of other franchisees, author and former multi-unit Edible Arrangements franchisee, Scott Greenberg, lays out the mindset of the most successful franchisees, and does it in a way that the reader can apply.
"The Wealthy Franchisee" is not a book about financing, legalities, and balance sheets. It's about the people side of franchising, which, as it turns out, is the most important aspect of being highly successful. But don't get the idea it's all theory and fluffy platitudes. Oh no. In this book, Scott gets into specifics on the who, what and how. He covers real-life examples. You'll find the data interesting, surprising, and, most importantly, useable.
I have listened to (or read) several books on being a franchisee and read lots of articles online, including articles by some major, well-known publishers. I found "The Wealthy Franchisee", by Scott Greenberg, to be the most informative and helpful of anything I have read or seen on this topic so far.

this book is essential for a high performance franchise. I recently wrote a semi similar book about the franchise I was in. This book is a very complete overall guide on the franchise experience. bravo to the author
