An excellent testament to the avant-garde philosophy of not only an exceptional fighter but one whose mindset transcends his yet unmatched physical prowess. Told through the eyes of John Little, a diligent enquirer commissioned to share the erudite volumes of Bruce Lee with the masses and the multitudes. I Enjoyed it so much that I've ordered a hard copy and I'll most definitely be reading the remainder of the books that have been authorized by the Bruce Lee Estate.

This is a very good audio book about Bruce Lee and JKD. A lot of the key aspects of JKD are discussed in good detail. The book encapsulates Bruce's philosophies extremely well. I highly recommend this book.
