Probably not, The sensational tabloid way he delivers his knowledge and experience of medical health is disturbing.You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Yes, the Author seems to know enough to bring some lightbulb moments but moments later you can be assured the words 'an epidemic sweeping the country' will follow.Any additional comments?
I found Vinnie Tortorich's book, which is not medically driven but is health focused to be far more real. This book here is called the ultra mind solution but it's not about thinking, it's about health through environment and nutrician. Vinnie does this without scare tactics.Too many epidemics in one book
