IT is all in the book, " I am not an expert but this book is from my persoanl experience", it would of been an entertaning vlog clip, but not a book. Good for begginers. I am waiting for part two.

Was ok
Bought the book being a raw play at powerlifter, however the book is really just a summary and could do more to get into detail about training. For me too much was spent on nutrition which yes is a part but should be reserved for qualified people. Give the author his due he has written a not bad piece of literature that's good for beginners to steer them in the right direction.
