Fantastic

I would recommend anyone who struggles with mental illness to read this book. The author has suffered himself and turned his life around and is sharing his techniques. It’s a fantastic book which really has made a difference to my life.

helpful

Very helpful tips on understanding and maintaining good mental health - not patronising at all as some books on this subject can be. also promotes the reader to think about the bigger picture
