Good overview of the subject

Just enough detail so that the parameters & different lines of thought of the subject could be quite easily grasped

Very thin on content

I’d have expected for a short book that a lot would be condensed into it but I didn’t feel that. Felt very short on originality, citing psychological experiments most people interested in this field would already know all about. A credit basically for a 2hr lecture you could get something similar for free on YouTube. Disappointed tbh, didn’t in anyway stimulate me.

Nothing special but ok

The narration was so dry it bored me to sleep but the content was fine.

Interesting and to the point

Was very interesting and the person reading it to you is very soothing and wants you to listen more because of how good he is at reading you.
Was very informative with different theories and will definitely read/listen to this again.
